WHAT IS CIVIC SERVICE?
It is a voluntary commitment in the service of the general interest open to 16-25 year olds, extended to 30 years to young people with disabilities. Accessible without qualification conditions, the Civic Service is compensated and is carried out in France or abroad.
WHY ?
By committing to a Civic Service, you contribute to local development and the promotion of volunteering through your commitment within our association.
FURTHER INFORMATION

That is € 467.34 directly paid by the State, regardless of the weekly duration of the mission and € 106.31 in benefits in kind or in cash, (corresponding to the payment of food costs, accommodation or transport). Each volunteer participates in civic and civic training and in PSC1 first aid training.
TO KNOW
BUT STILL ?
Solidarités Jeunesses also develops civic service abroad throughout the year, thanks to its network of partners (Latin America, Asia and Africa). Volunteers receive a monthly allowance of € 507 net per month (plus € 106.31). They have specific “Welcare” insurance.
In addition, Youth Solidarity offers Franco-German volunteering. This is a 12-month volunteering scheme based on the French Civic Service and German International Volunteering. The program was initiated by the two Ministries of Youth and is coordinated by the Franco-German Youth Office (OFAJ). It allows French volunteers to get involved in a German association and German volunteers to get involved in an association in France.
