THE WORKSITE AND INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS
An international project is the realization of a voluntary work in collective for a period of two to three weeks in France or abroad. They are open to all. An international project is also:
A VOLUNTARY ACTION
A VOLUNTARY ACTION
Volunteers are not paid
They undertake to participate in the realization of a work, according to the contract concluded between the association and the lessor of work (municipality or association for which the site is carried out).
Volunteers are not free labor, they do not take the place of craftsmen or businesses. If the client wished to organize an international project on its territory, it is also for the intercultural dynamics that it generates.
The site is part of a local project. The population and the volunteers are involved in the success of the project.
THE PERFORMANCE OF A CONCRETE WORK
The projects carried out are accessible to all. They do not require special skills. The motivation of the participants is therefore essential for the smooth running of the projects.
The time devoted to the project is around 30-35 hours for adult sites and 25 hours for teen sites.
A COLLECTIVE LIFE
From 2 to 3 weeks.
A team of 10 to 15 people, from different countries, who participate in the material realization of a local project.
Accommodation and food are included in the registration and / or participation fees .
All collective life is to be managed as a group: organization of work, preparation of meals, financial management, leisure time, learning, etc.
It is your business and that of the group to make sure that the site goes well.
Yes, the site is not a club or a summer camp with shovel and pickaxe ;-)
